The Exercise Pain
If you have not exercised since Thanksgiving and then you decide to exercise for several days in a row at the end of December, you might be in pain for several days following that. Just a little sage advice to start your new year.

I started my plan today..new year's resolution. Thanks for the advice; it may have come too late.
you're not supposed to exercise the same muscles every day. they need a day between workouts to rebuild. if you're going to the gym every day, alter your workouts so that you're focusing on different muscle groups.
for example, you could work on arms & legs one day, and core strength (abs, chest, and back) the next, then the third day do arms and legs again.
varying your workout may relieve a lot of your muscle stress. also, be sure that you've stretched out before starting your workout every day. not stretching out will give you some nasty cramps. been there, done that, i was hurting for a week.
